MBA in Operations Management is a postgraduate degree offered for a duration of two years. This course is designed to provide students with important knowledge of Business Operation, Production Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics. This course helps students understand how organizations manage resources, improve productivity, reduce costs and ensure efficient delivery of products and services. The curriculum of MIU is structured in four separate semesters that focuses on both managerial and technical aspects of operations. During the first year students will study about Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Communication, Marketing Management, Financial Management and more. In second years students will explore advanced topics including Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Production Planning, and more. To be eligible for MIU MBA in operations management students must have passed bachelor degree in management or any discipline from a recognised university.
