Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

📌 Mission

• Development of an efficient quality assurance mechanism in accordance with NAAC accreditation parameters
• Promotion of learner-centered methods of teaching-learning and outcome based education (OBE)
• Enhancement of research, innovation and extension activities
• Ensuring transparency, accountability and efficiency in the functioning of institutions
• Continuous improvement and quality sustenance.

🎯 Objectives

• Setting up and implementation of benchmarks and parameters of quality for different academic and administrative activities
• Setting up of a learner centered environment to promote quality education
• Implementation of seven criteria laid down by NAAC for quality assurance process
• Implementation of the data validation, validation, and verification (DVV) process
• Collection and maintenance of institutional data for AQAR and SSR

• Setting up of quality benchmarks in the academic and administrative areas
• Periodic collection and analysis of feedback from different stakeholders (students, faculty members, alumni, and employers)
• Academic and administrative audit (AAA)
• Preparation of AQAR and NAAC accreditation process
• Promotion of research and innovations
• Organizing seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs
• Institutional performance monitoring based on KPIs.
