Admission Notification -2024
Applications are invited for admission from eligible scholars to the following Post Doctoral Research Programs (Full Time- Part Time) in all the subjects for the year 2024. The duration of the program will be a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years. Admission on merit through online interview and selection process.

Entry Requirements:
Good Academic Record with PhD from a Recognised University with at least 3 Years of Professional/ Academic Experience with at least 5 Publications with reputed Journals + Interview on Research Aptitude and Attitude.
Objectives:
Our Post-Doctoral Research Program is designed to provide scholars with the opportunity to conduct advanced research, contribute to academic knowledge, and enhance their research skills. This program is in accordance with the guidelines provided by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Research Proposal:
- Submit a comprehensive research proposal outlining the objectives, methodology, and significance of the proposed research.
Selection process:
Initial Screening: Applications will be initially screened based on academic qualifications, research experience, and the quality of the research proposal.
Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be schedule for an interview by a panel of experts. The interview will assess the candidate’s research potential, the feasibility of the proposed research, and the alignment with the university’s research priorities.
Final Selection: Final selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and the recommendations of the expert panel.
Minimum Requirements to be fulfilled by the Research Scholars for conferment of a Post-Doctoral Degree
@ Publication of At least 4 Review Papers and 6 Research Papers to be published in any reputed peer-reviewed indexed journal as First Author or Corresponding Author. All the papers should be related to the subject of post-Doctoral research. Author Affiliation should bear the name of both institutions. The first one being the institution presently working and the second one being the Manipur International University.
@ Submission and approval of Synopsis.
@ PowerPoint presentation, Viva-voce and Défence of the thesis.
@ Submission and approval of post-Doctoral thesis with Written recommendation on thesis and for conferment of a post-doctoral degree from the Mentor and two external examiners.
