Welcome to the Grievance Cell of Manipur International university. Our mission is to provide a fair and transparent mechanism for addressing and resolving grievances and complaints from students, faculty and staff. The Grievance Cell is committed to upholding the principles of justice and ensuring that all grievances are handled with integrity and respect.

OBJECTIVES

  • To provide a structured and accessible platform for lodging complaints and grievances.
  • To ensure timely and fair resolution of issues in line with UGC guidelines.
  • To maintain transparency throughout the grievance redressal process.
  • To promote a positive and supportive environment within the university community.

SCOPE OF GRIEVANCE

The Grievance Cell addresses issues related to:

  • Academic concerns (e.g., grading disputes, academic misconduct)
  • Administrative matters (e.g., delays in service, procedural issues)
  • Disciplinary issues
  • Harassment and discrimination
  • Any other concerns impacting the university experience

The Manipur International University (MIU) is an Autonomous State Statutory International University. It is established, recognized, and institutionally accredited by the State Government of Manipur. It is recognized and listed by the University Grants Commission (UGC), Ministry of Education, Government of India under section 2(f) of UGC Act, 1956 as a State Private University. It is empowered to award degrees under section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. It has been declared as an “International Institution of Excellence,” an “Institution of State Importance,” and “State Research Institute” by the State.
